Cycle
Finally I knew how to cycle in my life.
Yesterday was my first try and I made it. Hurray!!!!
It was in the evening accompanied by my husband.
We were still on our working clothes.:)
Thanks to my sister in law for this free bicycle.
I can ride a bicycle now although still in a straight line.
Anyway, I am very happy.....
This was how my hands looked like after an hour of training.

Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie

Here I got one simple receipe by Sarah Copeland from the internet.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon honey
- pinch of ground nutmeg
Directions
- Place the ice, milk, pumpkin puree, honey, and nutmeg in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
